• Permissions and Uploaded Content — Location data (for nearby doctor/lab recommendations), camera/microphone access (for video consultations), photo uploads (e.g., lab results or prescriptions), and notification preferences.

We collect and process data when you:

• Register online, through our App for any of our services.
• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message board or via email.
• Use or view our Web, via your browser's cookies.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use this data to support the purchase of healthcare services and to deliver a personalized app experience tailored to your preferences and usage patterns. This may include customer profiling, providing support, managing healthcare service transactions, selecting and notifying winners in promotional campaigns and enhancing overall user engagement.

Location data may also be collected for geo-fencing purposes, as this service is available exclusively within Pakistan.

Additionally, we may use your contact information to send you promotional emails or in-app notifications about offers and services we believe may be of interest to you.

If you wish to delete your account, you may email us at support@apnaclinic.com.pk. Your account will be permanently deleted within 90 days of your request. Please note that user activity logs will be retained for a period of two years for audit and security purposes.

We use cookies on our website and advertiser IDs in the App for tracking. Users agree to the terms and conditions and consent to the use of their data, provided it is not shared outside of affiliated group companies.
